crossdressing vs. cross-dressing

• I know both forms are correct, but I've always found the hyphenated form to be awkward. Any thoughts on changing the title to Crossdressing? Politico-linguistically (now I did make that word up lol) the hypen gives it a tiny pause in pronunciation, making it sound a bit awkward & unnatural, something that shouldn't be associated with crossdressing. Fluidity & naturalness are good associations to make via pronounciation. Then again, I could just be being paranoiacally antitransphobic lolz ;-). Transnikki 04:20, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
